该插件的想法类似于daz poser的做法,创建一个基础系统来生成和管理人物和头像的形状大小。通用,简介,序列化的数据结构,不同的身体配置,衣服和纹理角色化以及相关系统都做到简单标准。除了一些基础的模型可以使用,自定义系统外,这更是一个开放性的完全的平台,可以扩展来创建任意数量的生物和应用。泽国社区


To create a basic system for generating and managing avatars and characters of all shapes and sizes, standardized into a universal, clean, serializable data structure in which all the different body configurations, clothing and texture characteristics and related systems are rolled into a clean and simple standard.   While there’s some default base meshes to work from, it’s far more than just a customization system; it’s a complete platform with open architecture that can be extended to create any number of other creatures and applications.

It’s pretty exciting stuff, and my hope that artists and programmers out there will run with this free and open system to create and sell a diversity of UMA-targeted creature meshes, clothes and accessories, body textures, pre-set body shape configurationsl editor tools, crowd generators, and so on.
